WORKING OUT HOW BEST TO WORK OUT

 

Just do it!  Just do it?!?  Easier said than done.  Let me agree with why.  Time, work, peer pressure, body image, not knowing what to do, not knowing when to do it and there is the small matter of not having the motivation (see MOTIVATION bite above!).

 

It’s not that the knowledge isn’t available – it is.  It’s not like there isn’t guidance – there is.  However, despite having all the ingredients, many of us don’t seem capable of mixing them to our taste and being happy with the results.

 

We all know that to have a long, happy and fulfilled life, our health and fitness has to be maintained.  Exercise, in whatever guise, is an essential ingredient to enjoying life.  You know it already.  We just need to set our goals, some structure and remember to have some FUN as we make progress to becoming Faster, Fitter, Leaner, Stronger.

 

So let’s take some action shall we?  Together, we can walk, run, cycle, swim and hike this journey together.  Are you coming?
